Like budgies, we humans love looking at ourselves in the mirror. Being keen nesters, this fascination extends to our homes too. So, I have a new party trick. Every time I’m out to dinner with friends I ask them their address (‘Cos who knows anyone’s street address these days?). Then, I plug the address into Residz. Whooshka! In seconds, there is their home in full colour and everything you want to know about the house and their neighbourhood.

It’s always a great crowd-pleaser.. But before now we’ve had limited information in the one spot about where we’ve chosen to live. Residz gives us the satisfaction, even joy, of exploring data about our own house and neighbourhood.

You can look up in seconds (and for free) your own house, the house down the street, your friend’s house, the house for sale you saw advertised, or a complete stranger’s house on the other side of the country.

Some of the things you can find out include:

You can also download a free property report containing a lot of this information, as well as other reports pertaining to buying, selling, or understanding a particular piece of real estate.

As you can see, there’s a lot of entertainment to be had for what is a very quick and free online search. It can prompt a lot of conversation about our choices on where we live.

Given almost 10 million homes are described in detail on Residz.com, there is plenty of opportunity to research and compare other homes and other suburbs. You can look in the mirror, or you can look out the window. You choose!
