Residz tells you what development applications (DAs) have been submitted to council in the local government area of the property you’re looking at.

The team at High Speed Internet say on their website you want at least: “10 Mbps of download speed and 1 Mbps of upload speed of dedicated internet bandwidth for each person working from home.
